ShakeӨut is the shorter, more casual recruitment process that Theta uses. There's only two, 3-hour events where you can come as you are and stay as long as you want getting to know sisters and helping us get to know you!

What about formal recruitment?
You can still go to ShakeӨut and participate in formal recruitment (unless you accept a bid from us..which we hope you will!).
What should I wear?!
Wear whatever you want! ShakeӨut is casual on purpose - we want you to feel comfortable!
